Personal Data Protection & Processing Policy

This policy applies to all personal data processing activities carried out by NLI™ – New Life Istanbul İnşaat Gayrimenkul Anonim Şirketi. It covers all transactions including — but not limited to — the following:

  • Automatic processing or processing as part of any data recording system
  • Non-automatic collection by recording in physical or manual ways
  • Recording, storage, preservation, alteration, rearrangement, and disclosure
  • Transfer, acquisition, classification, or restriction of use

Under the Personal Data Protection Law, we will collect, record, store, and update your personal data within the framework described in this policy. Where permitted by legislation, we may disclose, transfer, classify, or share your data with third parties in accordance with KVKK requirements.

Personal data obtained by NLI™ – New Life Istanbul may include, categorically:

Your personal data collected through the above methods may be processed and shared electronically within the framework of the personal data processing conditions specified in Articles V and VI of KVKK No. 6698.

In accordance with Articles 5 and 6 of KVKK No. 6698, your personal data is processed for individuals who have or seek a business relationship with NLI™ – New Life Istanbul for the following purposes:

  • Managing and maintaining access records and system logs
  • Fulfilling our obligations arising from applicable legislation
  • Providing real estate consultation, property listings, and investment guidance
  • Processing Turkish Citizenship by Investment and residency applications
  • Sending relevant property updates, market reports, and promotional communications (where consent is given)
  • Improving user experience on nli.com.tr and our digital platforms

Third Parties with Whom Personal Data May Be Shared

Your personal data may be shared with parties that provide products or services on our behalf, including developers, partner agencies, legal advisors, and technology providers. Transfers occur in connection with the establishment, performance, or termination of your relationship with NLI™ – New Life Istanbul.

  • Business partners and property developers listed on our platform
  • CRM and marketing platforms (e.g. HubSpot) used to manage client communications
  • Legally authorised public institutions and regulatory bodies within the scope of their powers
  • Contracted service providers bound by confidentiality obligations

NLI™ takes necessary measures to ensure personal data is processed and transferred in accordance with this clarification text, applicable legislation, and the conditions set out in Articles 8 and 9 of KVKK No. 6698.

  • In-person meetings, office visits, and telephone conversations
  • Email correspondence and WhatsApp business communications

Your Rights under Article 11 of KVKK

As a personal data owner, you hold the following rights under Article 11 of KVKK No. 6698. All requests submitted by the methods stated in Section 7 will be evaluated and concluded within 30 (thirty) calendar days.

Right to Object Object to decisions based solely on automated processing

How to Submit a Request

You may submit your requests under the rights listed in Section 6 in accordance with Article 13 of KVKK No. 6698 and Article 5 of the Communiqué on Procedures and Principles on Application to the Data Controller. Accepted submission methods include:

  • Written application delivered in person or by notarised post to our Istanbul office
  • Using a secure electronic signature or registered mobile signature
  • Via the email address you have previously registered with us, sent to info@nli.com.tr

During your application, please clearly state your identity, the right you wish to exercise, and provide sufficient information to allow us to verify your identity. Requests will be resolved within 30 calendar days of receipt.
